SUGGESTED USE:

Add 3 level scoops ( 100g) to approx. 500ml -600ml of water and shake or stir vigorously until dissolved( slight foaming may occur). Consume one serving within 20-30 minutes after training or exercise to promote recovery. Servings can be halved if exercise is moderate and less than 30 minutes duration. During training: premix with water and sip continuously for the duration of the training. Have at least one serving every 90 minutes. Ensure adequate hydration with water.
