1 glass  orange juice or 1 cup mixed fruit

Meal 2: 11 a.m.

100g chicken breast1 small to medium potato / or rice

6 rice cakes with 1 tin of tuna

Meal 4 (postworkout): 3 p.m.

100g. turkey breast
1-2 cups cooked pasta or white rice*
